- Where is my order?
When you submit your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the progress of your delivery.
You can also track the shipment from your account or by entering the email you made the purchase with and the order number on the tracking page.
- Can I cancel or edit an order?If you wish to cancel an order or edit the shipping address, please contact us by email at contact-hogan@todsgroup.com or by calling 8555046426.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order is in preparation, we will no longer be able to guarantee its cancellation or modification.
- My order has been cancelled, why and what can I do?
If you cancel an order you will receive an email with all the details of the cancellation. The amount secured on your credit card will be unblocked.

- My order appears to have been delivered but I have not received it
You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the "Track Your Order" button in the shipping confirmation email or the link in the delivery confirmation email.
You will be redirected to the courier's tracking page related to the delivery of your order.
- I have only received part of my order, how come?Our products are allocated to different warehouses. In the event that your order contains items available in different warehouses, separate shipments are made. Please check your email box: tracking information will be sent to you with a second shipping confirmation email.
